Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, unlike other retailers we accept returns for exchange or store credit.

Return for Exchange

Please email us at WestChestapparelllc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please indicate that you want to exchange your purchase, and note the new item number, color, and size requested.

Local Customers

Your package must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving you Return Authorization Number (RA#).

International Customers

If you receive free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your store Credit. Any taxes, duties, or Custom duty fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are responsibility of the customers.

Any remaining balance will be stored as store credit; balance cannot be converted to refund. Our store credit expires after 6 months.
